Eternal Life = Jesus
Eternal Life = Jesus...is a quality and duration of life that only God has, but he has given us access to this life in Jesus.
1st John 5: 12 "So whoever has God's Son has life, whoever does not have his Son, does not have life.
This world is like a hotel the world to come is HOME. Home not just a place...its about relationships. Revelation 21: 3-4 "Look, the home of God is now among men, and he will live with them and they will be his people, yes, God himself will be among them. He will wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, nor pain. All of that has gone forever."
Praises to the I AM...live in the light of the lamb, live with my savior eternally.

Salvage Potholders
I'm finally uploading a post, my computer broke about three weeks ago and wasn't able to be fixed, very disappointing, because I really liked that computer. So, sad, I had to invest in another one, because I just can't live without one very I well. I had fun whipping up these pot holders with the salvage ends, my first attempt at being "green" using these. I've seen all the cute post around and decided to give it a whirl after I saw an oven mitt and potholders in a recent magazine. I even went to JoAnn's and purchased some thermal batting. Believe it or not I only had two potholders, so I was in very desperate need, I was going to go out and buy some and I thought, how silly that was, I just have to take a time out and make a point of sewing something for me, and I'm glad I did, it was fun and fast, I already had leftover binding laying around, which was sweet. I see more salvage projects in the future, I like it, an "artsy look".

Victorian Tea Party
I brewed a lovely loose leaf tea from Teavana, that my daughter gave me for an Easter Present. This was a lovely blueberry tea the flavor was wonderful and the aroma was fantastic, light and fresh.
The weather did not cooperate for an outdoor party, so inside we were. This beautiful crochet tablecloth was my mother's as well as the clear plate and the pansy doily under the teapot. The floral plates I made {clear plates, mod podge and fabric, my good friend Donna taught me this one}.
This is one of my favorite teacups, I love the gold floral filigree and the pretty colored floral on the inside of the cup, love it when cups have the inside all pretty too.
The little teapot holds scripture verses and the cheese cakes have an organic strawberry jam, that is to die for.
The chairs, laterns, rose candle holders, and birds are all from Michael's Craft Store. The milk glass fan vase and the clear glass flower basket vase were also finds at the antique barn.
There are few hours in my life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea. "Henry James"
"It's always tea-time..." The Mad Hatter {Leiws Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland}
This georgous pansy hanki was my mother's she collected from an antique shop that we freqented together, how I miss those times.
If you are cool, tea will warm you; If you are too heated, it will cool you, If you are depressed, it will cheer you; If you are exhausted, it will calm you. "William Gladstone"

Nowhere is the English genius of domesticity more notably evident than in the festival afternoon tea. The... chink of cups and the saucers tunes the mind to happy repose. "George Gissing"
This is so delicate and pretty, I just love it, the time it took to make with such fine crohet thread.
The "art of tea" is a spirtual force for us to share" Alexandra Stoddard
My famous chocolate chips cookies...took blue ribbons when I was a teenager in 4-H at town, county and NYS Fair. My Dad loved my cookies and I loved making them for him.
The pansies are from my garden. One of my favorite flowers. My mother's also, she always commented on their faces. I love to bring them in for bouquets and also press them. Thank you for stopping by my teaparty today, I hope you enjoyed your time here.
