Quilts in the Garden -Part 2

Another  beautiful summer day in the garden, a light breeze, sunshine, chimes playing and some color in the garden in bloom flowers and quilts!  {yes, I know, they both need bindings put on them, don't look to closely...my least favorite part of the quilting process}

Linking up with Beverly for Pink Saturday:  http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/
The first quilt I pieced and quilted, the 2nd quilt I bought pieced blocks on e-bay a few years ago and sewed them together and quilted some are feed sack prints, really nice vintage feel to it.  Have a blessed weekend, Michelle

Quilts in the Garden

Garden flowers are beautiful this time of year, so I thought I'd hang a couple of quilts out amongst them.  They are simple pieced strip quilts to show case the beautiful fabric with some overall pantos quilted.  I took a few close ups too.

Linking up with Beverly for Pink Saturday, go check out all the lovely pinks.  http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/

Enjoy the weekend, blessings, Michelle

Patriotic Pillow Sham

Gearing up for the 4th of July, just finished this Patriotic Pillow Sham.  A little Red & White work, Kona white with red thread.  The detail of the design and stitches really is quite spectacular on this pillow, I really like how this one quilts up.
This is available in my esty shop and it fits a standard pillow size.  Have a wonderful day! Michelle
