Sweet Treats for Pink Saturday

Please be sure to visit Beverly over at http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/
She is our lovely hostess of all this fun

a

A card and a couple of tags I made with rubber stamping. I was at the grocery store and saw these "sweet" treats and thought oh they'd make great photos for my PS, so with a phone camera and through glass I took these photos, not too bad considering. They still look pretty temping. Happy PS, thanks for stopping by.

...at the grocery store? They make these lovelies at your grocery store? My what a delightful store you visit. I was so happy to visit and see all the luscious yumms but Oh lordy bee that CAKE! Thank you for sharing that dream. I sort of imagine a pretty little girl of 11 or 12 receiving this cake for her birthday. Just a little imagination on Pink Saturday...

Oh Michelle!
How beautiful the tags are. They look so realistic in their faces. Love the cakes too. Sweets have always been my weakness. Our Amy is having a rough time. The last couple of days have been rough. I could not bring myself to post. I just had to get away for a day or two, and post about something else. I will post again later today. Her blood pressures have been very low. 68/25 and lower. Her oxygen levels have been low. They are getting her up and moving. It is very hard for Debbie. She is constantly learning new care. Amy will need care 24/7, so one of them will have to be watching her round the clock. In shifts. It is going to be e alot of work for them. I am not sure Debbie is strong enough but we shall see, maybe that isn't right she is strong enough, she is just so tired. She has learned to change the trach. and if it needs done, so has 20 minutes to get it done in. She did that, and she learned how to clean it and how to work with her feeding bag. Everything takes so much time. They still are not saying when she can come home. They thought maybe today or tomorrow, then it changed to Monday, so we don't know. Could be anytime, but the case worker says she is not ready yet. Thank God. Will keep you posted. Love, Sherry

So sorry that I am getting to you a day late and a dollar short for Pink Saturday. Seems like the day just got away from me.

The sun was out in the afternoon and all day today, so with all the rain we've had, I went outside to play.

As always, it is a pleasure to come here to see what you are sharing and what you've been up to during the week. Thanks so much for making my weekend all ♥Pink and Pretty♥
