Happy Father's Day! For quite a few years this day has been very, very sad for me...my earthly father went home to be with our heavenly Father, 7 years ago this August. I miss him immensely. Praise God that this isn't all there is, he promises to reunite us with our loved ones. This is a quilt block from my "bright-house quilt", I added crystals for door knobs , each window has a novelty print in it, and the border is a stack and whack and then prairie points. You can view the whole quilt on my side bar.

What a precious and glorious quilt with such a sense of peace and grace --- and honor to your Father. Praising God with you. Grateful your Dad left behind someone such as you, Michelle, to continue on His work.
So sorry to hear about your Dad but you're right our loved ones never really leave us. I love your house quilt.
