Feathers and more feathers

This was quilted for one of my steady clients, her work is so nice, very precise in her piecing, isn't this just beautiful. It was a pleasure to quilt, I love seeing all the different colors and designs that each person creates, one of the fringe benefits of being a long-arm quilter.

The quilt is beautiful and your feathers are to die for! I enjoy your blog and look forward to what you are working on next.

What a great quilt she made. I enjoyed clicking on the photo and studying the fabrics she chose. Some I have in my stash so I knew at least part of the reason I was so allured by it. And your right, when you have something some lovely to work with you can truly engage with it and bring to life the meaning of "Quilting makes the quilt."

So enjoyable over my morning coffee!

Michelle, what a gorgeous brown quilt and the open blocks are perfect for your feather quilting. Your quilting designs are just perfect for this traditional quilt. Very very nice!
